Homunculi are a group of small, chattering, human-like monsters summoned through various means. They are generally weak and serve little purpose in combat.

Due to Harmunculi being the result of a runeborn monster's purification by holy water, they are a disastrous presence in the dungeon and serve no real purpose. They are effectively cannon fodder for monsters that eat them or incoming heroes. The Homunchulus actualises this trait, being a monster specifically designed to be food for monsters with difficult-to-manage diets like Maras.

Homunculi are Level 4 azure monsters, all having no special abilities and a maximum of 2 Attack. They act as "dud" monsters that can be obtained in the Mine.
