GolemNHAVR

A Golem as seen in No Heroes Allowed! VR.

Golems are runeborn monsters spawned from Golem Runes, introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!? 2. They feed on members of the Lizardman family and are aggressive towards other members of the Golem family. When poked with the God of Destruction's Pickaxe, in No Heroes Allowed! onwards, they will roar and increase the Attack of all monsters in the dungeon by 5%. If purified with holy water, a Golem will become a Harmunculus.

  • Special Abilities: Roar (Increases All Monsters' Physical Attacks)

Enormous earth-based guardians who are so excitable that they run amicably up to any hero who comes near, only to do more damage than good. If a God of Destruction is cruel enough to poke one with his pick, it will let out a deafening Roar, which, if you're lucky, will increase all your monsters' attack. Okay, it definitely will increase their attack. We were just trying to make it sound more of a gamble...

Trivia[]

  • The Golem's description on the official website for Yūsha no Kuse ni Konamaiki da DASH! refers to the Yutori Generation, which describes Japanese students born between 1987 and 1996. This refers to an educational policy known as "Yutori", which aimed to reduce the severe pressure and overwork that befell previous generations of schoolchildren. In 2016, the mass media blamed this education policy for a decrease in Japanese student's scholastic abilities, becoming a point of political contention among conservatives.
